She might have been releasing a book last night (November 15), but there was nothing bookish about the behavior of supermodel Kate Moss and her guests in London, with more than a few stars being spotted leaving 50 St James somewhat dishevelled in the early hours. It had been a busy day for Moss, who'd been signing copies of her book earlier in the day at the Marc Jacobs store in Mayfair, but she was in no mood to let tiredness put her off partying - and neither were the rest of the revellers. Cara Develingne was among those seen leaving the venue somewhat worse for wear in the early hours, whilst a host of British stars also were in raucous spirits, including Noel Gallagher, football player Peter Crouch and girlfriend Abbey Clancy, Florence Welch, Pixie Geldof and her dad Bob, Stella McCartney, Radio One DJ Nick Grimshaw, Christopher Biggins and Jo Wood.

As WWD had reported, Noel Gallagher reminisced about the times in the 90s when he and Moss lived in the same appartment for a while. ""There would be more people waiting outside my flat to see her than there were for me" the Oasis man quipped. "I would pop out to the shops and people would ask me, 'Is Kate in? Can you get me her autograph?" Gallagher added that when they first met in 1994, he had no idea who she was. "I had just moved down from Manchester and was not that familiar with the London scene" he explained. "Two weeks later, I was in America and her face was everywhere, on billboards, on every magazine."
According to Amazon, the book was created by Kate Moss herself, in collaboration with creative director Fabien Baron, Jess Hallett, and Jefferson Hack, and it's "highly personal retrospective of Kate Moss’s career, tracing her evolution from 'new girl with potential' to one of the most iconic models of all time."
