While it may be looking increasingly as though Kate Moss is retreating further away into being a full-time wife and mother, she recently showed off a few new talents for a fundraiser at Claridge's in London.
Her first new hobby on display was auctioneering, as she took hold of the gavel to auction off a painting by legendary Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood. The fashion icon first modelled the portrait - of the guitarist legend's former Small Faces band-mate Rod Stewart - before showing off her second, and more understandable, talent of photography.Moss joined her sometimes collaborator David Bailey to take a few snaps of her own after the auctioning, scoping out much of the famous crowd with a cumbersome camera in tow. She had plenty of paparazzi-worthy pictures to get too, with an impressive array of celebs on offer throughout the night including Sarah Ferguson and her daughter Princess Beatrice, not to mention the other half of the model, husband and The Kills member Jamie Hince.
Also in attendance at the event was singer/actress Holly Valance and her husband Nick Candy as well as Heather Kerzner And Sally Humphreys. The newfound artiste Ronnie Wood himself was also in attendance. The benefit was put on in honour of Marie Curie Cancer Care, with the painting by Ronnie fetching around 12,000gbp. The event on the whole made an impressive amount for the worthy cause, with the painting but one of the items on auction at the event.
