Kate Hudson loves playing a ''naughty'' teacher in 'Glee'.
The 33-year-old actress has joined the hit musical TV show for six episodes as dance instructor Cassandra July and while she enjoys embodying the ''bad'' teacher she is often taken aback by the constant surprises the show's writers come up with.
She told 'Access Hollywood': ''It's so much fun. I'm still the bad naughty little teacher. I've got two or three episodes left to do and every time I get a script I'm like, 'Oh my God! How far are you going to take Cassandra, oh boy!' But I'm loving it.
''[Cassandra's] a really great, fun character to play out, the naughty mean side.''
Kate also revealed her co-star Dean Geyer, who plays hunk Brody Weston, was very ''timid'' during their intimate dance scenes but insists she didn't tell him to ''grope her ass'', even though Dean recently claimed she did.
She joked: ''I heard about this. For the record I did not say that. But when you're dancing you get very personal and you cannot be apologetic. For Dean it was like, 'OK, stop being so timid, we gotta get it!' So I said, 'Just grab it, it's fine!' ''
Kate - who is engaged to Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and has a 16-month-old son Bingham with him - works closely with actress Lea Michele on the show, guiding her character Rachel Berry through Cassandra's dance classes.
Kate - who also has an eight-year-old son, Ryder, with her ex-husband Chris Robinson - has nothing but praise for the young actress' ''energy'' on set.
She said: ''Everybody on the show is great. I get to work with Lea a lot. She's just full of amazing energy. She's so talented.''
