Kate Gosselin's series 'Kate Plus 8' makes its highly anticipated comeback on TLC tonight (4th April 2011).
Kate Gosselin, the American reality star, returns to screens tonight on 'Kate Plus 8', where the family embark on an 'Australian Adventure', reports People Magazine.The first 'Kate Plus 8' of 2011 will see the 36-year-old and her eight children make the 21-hour trip to Australia where they visit Brisbane Zoo, learn about dancing, didgeridoos and aborigines and take a boat ride out to sea. In a sneak peak promo video for the new episode, Kate is seen feeding the elephants, saying, "I've never fed an elephant. I've never stood that close to an elephant, and the way they roll their trunks up and snorfle the bananas up their trunks was amazing", she later tells her kids, "This is like you guys at breakfast time". The hit reality series was formerly known as 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' and often registered audience figures of up to 9 million, but Kate separated from husband Jon Gosselin in 2009 and the series continued without him.
Kate Gosselin achieved national recognition back in 2004 when she gave birth to sextuplets, having previously welcomed twins four years earlier.
