Former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant Kate Gosselin has been ordered to pay a marriage therapist $10,000.
Kate Gosselin has been ordered to pay a marriage therapist $10,000.
The American TV personality - who shot to fame starring with her then-husband Jon Gosselin in 'Jon and Kate Plus 8', which followed the couple through their daily lives with their eight children - has been instructed to pay the sum because of a dispute over counseling, the Associated Press reports.
Therapist Sylvia contends to have flown to Los Angeles to counsel the pair in March 2009 after Kate - who was a contestant on 'Dancing With The Stars' last year - requested her services.
She then went on to sue the reality star last year, stating she had not paid for her travel or services.
Kate was involved in further controversy in 2010 when it was reported she fell out with her 'Dancing with the Stars' professional partner Tony Dovolani.
A source claimed she had snapped at Tony during rehearsals, saying: "I'm the reason anyone knows your name, so give me a break!"
Another insider added: "He can't wait to get rid of her, even if it means losing early."
