Karlie Kloss has designed two new jean styles for extra tall ladies.

The 20-year-old supermodel is tired of wearing trousers that are too short for her long frame so has teamed up with Frame Denim to create a mini collection called 'Forever Karlie', which will feature longer seams in order to accommodate women with similar proportions.

Karlie explained: ''I'm freakishly tall so finding pants that fit is something I've struggled with my whole life.

''My secret to pulling off too-short jeans has always been to pair them with boots and I really rocked the flood-pant trend for as long as I could.

''It wasn't until I started modelling at fifteen that I even realised what well-fitting clothes felt like.''

The new capsule collection will include both flares and skinny jeans with higher waistlines to flatter a taller frame and avoid any embarrassing moments.

Speaking to US Vogue, she added: ''There's nothing worse than a pair of jeans that leaves you feeling exposed when you bend down!''

Jens Grede, Frame's creative director, said: ''We're just friends who got together and did this for fun. I'm convinced that there are other tall women out there who can't find jeans that fit, but if nothing else, we've made the perfect ones for Karlie. She's set for life!''

The new jeans will launch in June and will be available at Barneys, Net-a-Porter, Jeffereys and Ron Herman for just under $220.
