Kanye West cancelled his Vancouver 'Yeezus' tour due to ''unforeseen circumstances.''

The 36-year-old rapper - who is dating Kim Kardashian - pulled out of his gig in the Canadian city on Sunday night (21.10.13) which was the second scheduled show for the star on his first solo tour since 2008.

The official account for Rogers Arena - the venue which would have hosted the performance - ‏wrote: ''Tonight's @KanyeWest show has been postponed to October 31st. #YeezusTour (sic)''

In response to a disappointed fan who was shocked, the company added: ''@FRNKSHW - Sorry, we're disappointed too. But no hackers here.''

The show since been rescheduled and Kanye will take to the stage at at Rogers Arena on October 31 and will next be performing at the Sap Centre in San Jose tomorrow night (22.10.13).

Rumours suggest the delay is linked to the stolen production equipment truck which caused a 2 hour delay on opening night of Kanye's tour in Seattle, where he was joined by support act Kendrick Lamar.

The first night saw Kanye scale a mountain from which he performed a couple of songs and he was joined on stage by a man dressed to resemble Jesus.
