The teenager accusing Kanye West of beating him up last week has asked the rapper to settle the case out of court in a hundred thousand dollar agreement.
A teenager who accused Kanye West of battery has requested that the claim be settled outside of court.
The 'Stronger' rapper - who was accused of attacking the 18-year-old in a chiropractor's waiting room last week - has been asked by the teenager's lawyer to consider a civil settlement worth ''several hundred thousand dollars,'' according to TMZ.
The incident involved Kanye's fiancée, Kim Kardashian, who got into a row with the young man after he helped her avoid paparazzi in Beverly Hills.
TMZ reported that the teen then called Kim - who has a seven month old daughter North with Kanye - a ''n****r lover'' and a ''stupid sl*t''.
The 36-year-old rapper arrived at the scene soon after the altercation and followed the boy into the chiropractor's office where he is said to have gone ''nuts'' and attacked him.
The attack was apparently only stopped when a massage therapist managed to drag Kanye away from the fight.
The teenager is yet to cooperate with police over the incident and appears to have no injuries despite claiming the rapper punched him over 30 times.
It is thought both sides are in negotiations to settle the agreement outside of court.
