Rapper Kanye West and his new wife Kim Kardashian are flipping their newly built Bel-Air mansion and have reportedly purchased a $20 million (£11.9 million) estate in Hidden Hills, California.

The newlyweds are ready to put down their roots in a sprawling property that is not far from where Kardashian's manager mum Kris Jenner lives in Calabasas, where the couple has been living since the birth of daughter North last June (13).

The new estate, which previously belonged to Lisa Marie Presley, boasts two swimming pools, two spas, two barbecue centres as well as its own vineyard, according to E! News.

West and Kardashian originally intended to move into the $11 million (£6.5 million) Bel-Air house last year (13), but ongoing construction prevented them from doing so.

An insider reveals the couple wanted "more land than the Bel-Air home" and found the renovation process "exhausting", so they decided to purchase a new home instead.
