Justin Timberlake has paid tribute to his ''beautiful, loving and incredibly understanding'' wife.

The 34-year-old singer praised his 33-year-old wife during his speech after being inducted into the Memphis Music Hall of Fame on Saturday (17.10.15).

Justin - who married Jessica in 2012 - called the actress his ''rock'' and said that she is: ''beautiful, loving and incredibly understanding of her husband's shortcomings''.

He added: ''Baby, I love you more than I could put into words and more than any song I could ever write.''

The couple welcomed their first child, Silas, together earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Justin - who was born in Memphis - was overjoyed to be inducted into the Memphis Music Hall of Fame .

He said: ''This is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me. The Grammys are political. The Emmys are political. Memphis is not political. And don't get me started on Hollywood.''

Justin was introduced by chat show host Jimmy Fallon, who called himself ''Mrs Justin Timberlake'' during his own speech.

He added: ''He's one of the biggest stars in the world. He can sing, he can dance, he can act, he's funny, he's good looking. And if you don't believe me, you can ask Justin himself. He wrote this speech.''
