A New York City tattoo parlour is facing a fine for allowing Justin Bieber to illegally ink a member of staff.
The singer picked up the needle last June (12) to etch a muscular mouse and the word Swaggy on the leg of Rihanna's favourite artist Bang Bang, real name Keith MCCurdy.
However, MCCurdy's parlour in Manhattan's Lower East Side could now be hit with a $2,000 (£1,250) fee as tattooists must be licenced, in according with the city's health code.
Footage of the session emerged online this week (begs01Apr13) and shows the Boyfriend hitmaker wearing black rubber gloves as he inks his first ever tattoo.
Bieber wasn't the first celebrity to make his mark on MCCurdy - the tattoo artist also sports designs by Katy Perry, Rihanna and Chris Brown.
