The Boyfriend hitmaker and his bodyguard Hugh Hesney have been embroiled in legal action with Jeffrey Binion ever since the snapper clashed with the pair outside a recording studio in 2013.

Binion claimed Hesney beat him up at the pop superstar's command and forced him to delete the images he had taken of the singer.

Bieber, who denied the allegations, had to sit for a four-and-a-half-hour deposition last year (14), but he refused to answer questions and even appeared to storm out of the session, prompting a judge to order him to return for another grilling.

However, the star has since decided to put an end to the legal wrangle by striking a financial deal with Binion.

The terms of the settlement have been sealed, reports

Bieber is still facing court action from another photographer in Hawaii, where he is accused of sending his security guard after Aja Oxman to snatch the camera's memory card and destroy the snapper's equipment during an altercation in November, 2013.

Bieber's bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, was arrested and charged with third degree assault and fourth degree criminal property damage after the alleged incident.
