Is Justin Bieber putting out a new album or something? With all the headlines around him recently, it makes you wonder. The latest: Justin Bieber has just been sued by a photog who claims Bieber's bodyguard locked him in a Subway restaurant. All this allegedly took place on the night the singer was busted for DUI.

Something else happened in Miami on the night of Bieber's DUI.

According to TMZ, the photographer in question has just launched a lawsuit, claiming that the scuffle started, when he was taking pictures of JB, leaving the SET nightclub in Miami back in January, just before the singer got busted by the police.

Allegedly, Justin's bodyguard went on a hunt for the offending photos and chased the man into a nearby Subway (if you’re waiting for this story to become hilarious, it doesn’t).  The photographer says the bodyguard locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, demanding that he delete the photos. Then, the claim states, the bodyguard tried to forcibly remove the memory card and proceeded to kick and punch him.  He says the camera was damaged.

TMZ has obtained both a recording of the man’s 911 call and the police report from that night – and apparently something doesn’t match up. The alleged victim never says he was punched or kicked.  It says the bodyguard tripped him, causing him to sustain a "small scratch in his left knee."

The Biebs might be in trouble for this too.

In addition, he and the bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, apparently haggled in the bathroom. The photographer told the bodyguard he'd give Bieber the pics for $10K, but the other man drew the line at $5K. The would-be paparazzo is now suing both Bieber and Patterson for “unspecified damages.”
