Pop superstar Justin Bieber is in talks with actor Mark Wahlberg as he prepares to star in his first Hollywood movie.

The Baby hitmaker is keen to repeat his success in the music industry by branching out into films, and although the project is still under wraps, he has confirmed he is having high-level discussions with the Boogie Nights star.

Bieber tells British magazine Live, "I'm going to do movies - I'm talking to Mark Wahlberg about my first big movie."

The singer already has one box office smash under his belt - his 3D concert film, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never grossed over $98 million (£61.25 million) worldwide following its release last year (11).
