Justin Bieber was cleared of a hit and run charge by an L.A. District Court Attorney. The hit and run charge was filed against the 19-year-old by a paparazzo following the incident in June. The incident occurred when Bieber, leaving a West Hollywood nightclub, seemingly trapped a photographer between his car and a parked vehicle.

The photographer claimed Bieber had pinned him against a parked car with his notorious white Ferrari. The incident occurred on June 17th outside the Laugh Factory on Hollywood Boulevard. It is believed the singer asked the photographer to move out of his car's way however as Bieber drove off he seems to have accidently hit the paparazzo. The photographer, after being allegedly hit, was taken to hospital where he received treatment for his injuries, according to HollywoodLife.

Speaking shortly after the event, Bieber's representatives said he was unaware he had injured anyone at the time of the incident. Bieber was initially cleared of the charge but the police reopened the case, and once again the pop star has been cleared. The paparazzo's case was overturned because there was "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured", according to prosecutors.

This is good news for Bieber following a recent series of embarrassments and generally bad behaviour. The 19-year-old was refused entry to a New York nightclub last night as he is under aged. His rejection from the Griffin nightclub didn't perturb him from continuing on his evening's activities as, according to TMZ, he was seen entering another nightclub minutes later. He was also caught spitting last week. TMZ's photographers captured the teenager spitting from his Toronto hotel room on to adoring fans below. Bieber has since denied this allegation, claiming the website superimposed his unpleasant act.
