Justin Bieber has been cleared of hit-and-run charges for a second time.

A photographer claimed he was caught between Justin's Ferrari and a parked car as he took pictures of the 19-year-old singer leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood last month.

While Justin was initially questioned, after being accused of driving away following the incident, and then released without charge, police later asked the District Attorney to re-open the investigation.

However, according to TMZ: ''Prosecutors say there was insufficient evidence to prove that [Justin] knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured.''

Justin has had several other incidents in his white Ferrari recently.

Former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who lives in the same exclusive enclave in Calabasas, California, is said to have confronted Justin about his dangerous driving in May, after he spotted him racing around in his Ferrari, but the singer ran inside.

Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore previously said: ''Callers reported Bieber driving at a startling high rate of speed. At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving.''
