24 star Julian Sands and Aussie star Jesse Spencer will battle for the Hollywood Ashes in a Los Angeles cricket match next week (09May09).
Sands will front the all-British side, while House star Spencer will head up the team of celebrities and sports stars from Down Under.
Dancing With The Stars judge Len Goodman and music/dance mogul Nigel Lythgoe will join Sands, while model-turned-actor Travis Fimmel will bat for the Aussies at Woodley Cricket Field in Van Nuys, California.
Comedienne Tracey Ullman will conduct the coin toss.
Cricket legends Graham Hick, Michael Kasprowicz and Younis Khan will also take part in the game, which is being held to raise funds for the Australian Variety Bushfire Appeal and Malaria No More charities.
The Ashes is a cricket series, played between England and Australia. It is one of international cricket's most celebrated rivalries, dating back to 1882.
