Julia Roberts is on the verge of signing a five-year $50 million deal with luxury beauty brand Lancome.
Julia Roberts is set to sign a $50 million deal with Lancome.
The actress was named as the face of the luxury beauty brand in January and she has proved so popular, she is on the verge of agreeing a new five-year deal.
A source said: "Lancome have secured Julia for five more years. She's been credited with making Lancome an even bigger success since she came on board.
"They've made profits of $100 million since she joined and they're delighted with her."
After it was announced she was The Firm's new face, 42-year-old Julia admitted it had been a long-running "dream" of hers to front a beauty campaign for them.
She said: "It's kind of like every girl's dream, really. To be 42 and have three kids and be a working mom, it's a great moment to be asked to do this and to be able to do it."
Lancome's president Yousef Nabi also revealed the award-winning actress was serious about working closely with the brand.
He added to WWD: "Julia really wants to be involved in the development of products."
