Rapper Juelz Santana has lost his New Jersey home to foreclosure.
In 2005, the Hey Ma hitmaker purchased a luxury condo in a private community in northern New Jersey, the same development Notorious B.I.G. called home in prior to his death.
Santana, real name LaRon James, reportedly took out a $486,000 (£337,000) mortgage to pay for the home, but according to bank executives at Wells Fargo, the hip-hop star has failed to make monthly payments of $3,754 (£2,600) since November, 2013.
In legal documents obtained by Bossip.com, Wells Fargo bosses filed a lawsuit against Santana earlier this year (16) over the missed payments, and last month (Apr16), a New Jersey judge sent him a warning regarding the imminent foreclosure of his property.
