Cops attended the embattled rocker's home in Salem, Oregon earlier this month (Jun15) and he was later booked for assault, coercion, and menacing.

Editors at TMZ.com report that the District Attorney in Oregon has now added charges of rape, sexual abuse and unlawful use of a weapon to the star's rap sheet.

He is being held without bail in Marion County and is due in court on Tuesday (30Jun15).
