But at least it's rather undemanding good fun while it lasts.
At Jellystone Park, Yogi Bear and his sidekick Boo Boo (voiced by Aykroyd and Timberlake) drive Ranger Smith (Cavanagh) crazy with their picnic-stealing antics. But just as they reach a kind of agreement, things are complicated by the arrival of nature expert Rachel (Faris), who wants to make a documentary about the talking bears. Meanwhile, the local mayor (Daly) decides to sell the park to logging companies to pay the city deficit, luring Smith's sidekick Jones (Miller) in as an accomplice. It's going to take a miracle to save the park.

Hockey star Derek (Johnson) is tired of being treated like a has-been, and is trying to prove he still deserves the nickname "Tooth Fairy", because he knocks his opponents' teeth out. But while Derek tries to settle down with girlfriend Carly (Judd) and her kids (Ellison and Whitlock), hot upstart Mick (Sheckler) is stealing the spotlight. Then Derek finds out he has to fill in for the real Tooth Fairy for two weeks, overseen by fairy godmother Lily (Andrews) and a caseworker (Merchant) with wing envy.

Ben Affleck plays the lonely but wealthy media marketing executive Drew Latham. He prefers to ditch his family this holiday and take his materialistic girlfriend Missy (Jennifer Morrison) on a first-class trip to Fiji. Missy emphatically rejects his offer and dumps him for wanting to take her away from her family at Christmas. At the advice of Missy's quack psychologist, Drew's therapy is to write down all of his grievances with his family and burn them in front of his childhood home. While this ridiculously manufactured scenario presents a good treatment option for Drew, to the rest of us, it reeks of rotten eggnog.
