Robert 'Bob' Mazur is a federal agent who has been assigned the task of going on an undercover mission to infiltrate Pablo Escobar's drug trafficking business that was rife in 1986. In this film we see Mazur pose as a slick money - laundering business man who can be of benefit to Escobar and his company. Emir Abreu acts as Mazur's sidekick after being teamed together in the staff briefing and they set out to infiltrate the gang by drinking and socialising with them, their main target being that of Roberto Alcaino who is one of Escobar's top lieutenants.

The Last Witch Hunter Trailer

Kaulder is an immortal witch hunter, the last of his kind having been cursed with eternal life by his foe the Queen Witch centuries earlier. There was once a time where witches ran afoul of the entire Earth, bringing with them a destructive plague to exterminate humanity. After Kaulder's explosive victory, however, the world was a little safer. Now living in New York - miserable and lonely, while his deceased wife and child are worlds away in the afterlife - Kaulder discovers that it's not over yet. The Queen Witch has returned with a vengeance, but this time it's going to take more than a witch killer to take her out. Pride Trailer

During the UK miners strike between 1984 and 1985, working families are in desperate need of support. They're feeling victimised and abandoned by society as threats over their livelihood remain imminent. But they're not the only ones feeling ostracised in their own country and that's how the Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners campaign was born. Homophobia is rife in the UK, with the National Union of Mineworkers even refusing help from the LGSM campaigners for fear of how people may see them. Instead, they take their support to a small town in Wales where the majority of workers there are miners. In an extraordinary show of acceptance in an unlikely era, the town allows their new supporters to raise funds for their village. The townspeople may be humorously ignorant about life as a homosexual, but they're judging no longer.

Harry Brown Review

Excellent
Gritty and almost unbearably intense, this British drama not only offers yet another terrific performance from Michael Caine, but it also marks the feature debut of a filmmaker to watch.

Harry Brown (Caine) lives on a grim London estate where his quiet life is constantly interrupted by a gang of violent teens. As his wife lies dying in hospital, his best pal (Bradley) is the target of these thugs' abuse. And the detectives (Mortimer and Creed-Miles) looking into the situation don't seem to be doing anything about it. Pushed into a corner, Harry defends himself with his long-suppressed military training, then becomes more aggressive about cleaning up the streets himself.

This Is England Review

Excellent
If Shane Meadows faltered with his vigilante drama Dead Man's Shoes, he makes up for it with room to spare in his latest, This is England. Evoking England in the early 1980s down to the hideous sweaters and burgeoning slang, no other film at this year's Tribeca Film Festival felt as sincere or nostalgic as Meadows' parable of masculine influence and the role of paterfamilias on youthful worship.

As a prattling, chubby boy, Shaun (Thomas Turgoose) is the fall-out of decimated British pride. Living fatherless from the Falklands War (which ushered in the days of Margaret Thatcher), angst-ridden Shaun drifts through the rotted-carpet apartments and graffiti-strewn building of a sorry-ass town at the butt-end of nowhere. His angst finds a home, however, when he meets a group of skinhead-punks led by the charismatic Woody (Joseph Gilgun). Woody and his boys wear tight Doc Martens, tucked-in polos, and skinny suspenders: the necessary look for the English Rude Boy, the deterrent to the New Wave. In Woody, Shaun finds a father and a brother that his time-period has left him wanting.
