The Both Sides Now singer has been under doctors' care at UCLA Medical Center since 31 March (15), when she was found unconscious at her Los Angeles home.
Conflicting rumours about the nature of Mitchell's health crisis have been circulating since her hospitalisation, with her representative recently dismissing rumours she is in a coma and claiming she is "alert", but a new report suggests she suffered a brain aneurysm.
According to Showbiz411.com, Mitchell has now been moved to a rehab facility, but her friend, Leslie Morris, who was granted an emergency conservatorship over the star's personal medical affairs earlier this month (May15), is looking to have her continue her treatment at home.
The 71 year old's representative previously stated the singer is expected to make a full recovery.
