Tim Burton's 'Alice in Wonderland' is the sixth film in history to gross $1 billion at the box office worldwide.

The Tim Burton-directed fantasy - which stars Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter and Anne Hathaway as the White Queen -is one of only six films to take more than $1 billion in takings, and the third most popular non-sequel.
The movie has taken $332 million at the US box office alone, with the UK adding an additional haul of $64 million.

The DVD and Blu-ray of the movie will be available in the first week of June.
