'Grease' star John Travolta has brought evidence forward that proves he did not sexually assault the first unnamed masseur that is attempting to sue the actor for damages. Masseur number one recently claimed that Travolta made an appointment on January 16th 2012 and, after driving the masseur in his Lexus to a Beverly Hills hotel and stripping naked in front of him, proceeded to make sexual advances before apologising and saying "we must have gotten our signals crossed", reports the UK's Daily Mirror.
Recent evidence, however, such as flight tickets, restaurant receipts and photographs reveal that Travolta was in fact on the other side of the States in New York on the same day. The receipt shows a bill totalling at $382 with a generous $100 tip at the Mr Chow restaurant. His lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, has described the allegations as "baseless lies" and Travolta is now counter-suing for the slanderous accusations.
A second masseur has also come forward with similar accusations of incidents taking place in January and more are reportedly coming forward. The lawyer representing the accusers has stated "More masseurs will sure". Travolta has been married with actress Kelly Preston for 21 years and the pair have two children, Ella Bleu and Benjamin.
