John Travolta and his Grease co-star Olivia Newton Jon have teamed up on a Christmas charity single and have created a video for it. The single itself has been billed as a 'sequel' to the Grease song "You're the One That I Want" and has even been written by the same guy that wrote the original.
To accompany the single, the pair made a video and there's very little positive that can be said it. While the single is pretty bad, the video is terrible. To describe it as anything other than bizarre and bland would be futile, so check out the video below to judge for yourself.
"I wanted people to be able to play it around the house or in the car during the holiday, and make us part of your celebration," Travolta said in a statement, quoted by New York Daily New. "Gathering around the house listening to Christmas music has always been an important part of that time of year to my family."
The single will appear on an album called This Christmas, the proceeds for which will be divided between the two star's charities. The Jett Travolta Foundation was set up in honor of Travolta's son who died at the age of 16 due to injuries sustained during a seizer. The second charity is the Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre in Australia.
