Country star JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY was arrested earlier today (16FEB06) and charged with a series of driving offences.
The singer was pulled over by police in Kentucky after he made an improper turn and ignored a traffic sign.
Upon inspection, police found the 41-year-old was driving under the influence of drink and in possession of a prescription painkiller, which was not in its correct container. They also discovered a concealed deadly weapon.
The Nicholasville, Kentucky native was booked for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, disregarding a traffic control device and improper turning.
Montgomery was questioned at a detention centre in Fayette County and released.
His journey has not come without hard work and hustle, and 'At. Long. Last. A$AP.' is certainly his best work so far.
