Fans of John Lennon will be able to prepare themselves for the 26th anniversary of his death next month (DEC06) by gazing at the tragic beatle's rare art creations. A four-day exhibition (30NOV-03DEC06) of Lennon's serigraphs, signed lithographs and song lyrics will be on view to the public at Los Angeles' Hollywood + Highland shopping complex. The complete exhibit features more than 120 art pieces, many of which are rare works that haven't been exhibited in years. The highlight is the complete portfolio of the 15 Bag One lithographs, which has rarely been exhibited in its entirety. Lennon was assassinated by Mark David Chapman in New York on 8 December 1980.
