John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono has been invited to guest edit BBC Radio 4's famous current affairs programme TODAY. Ono's show, which will be broadcast between Christmas (06) and New Year, will include a report on her Imagine Peace Tower - which was unveiled in Reykjavik, Iceland, in honour of what would have been her late husband's 66th birthday earlier this month (09OCT06). The avant-garde artist and peace activist will be assisted by one of the regular presenters for her upcoming foray into broadcasting. It is not the first time a celebrity has graced the Today chief's chair - Bono and SIR Richard Branson have also previously taken up the editing gauntlet.
