Well, I think The Beatles are the main influence to many. Unfortunately even Gaga has said Abbey Road has inspired her. Obviously I'm not a Gaga fan but it proves that people today who say no-one cares about them anymore are wrong and I had to quote her showing that The Beatles are still very relevant. There is a young boy who lives 2 doors down. He's 20 years old and sits at his back door often playing his guitar. Ask him who he thinks is 'it' and he will say The Beatles and John Lennon. 20 YEARS OLD! The Beatles will always be the force to be reckoned with. Not just for sales, most covered etc, but for just being the best and most influential. There are good musicans and writers since and now, but no-one will ever reach their status in the world of music.
