Joe Jackson has dropped his wrongful death lawsuit against incarcerated doctor Conrad Murray.
Michael Jackson's father has moved to dismiss his 2010 suit without prejudice.
Joe accused Murray, who was convicted of administering the fatal dose of drug propofol which cost his famous patient his life in 2009, of withholding vital information from the doctors who were trying to save his son's life.
Dr. Murray's lawyers Charles Peckham and Valerie Wass tell they have no idea why Joe suddenly requested to dismiss his case, insisting there was no secret settlement.
