Veteran British actress Joanna Lumley is bringing hit sitcom Absolutely Fabulous back to the small screen for the first time in seven years.
The former Bond girl's boozy, chain-smoking character Patsy Stone rose to international fame in the 1990s, alongside Jennifer Saunders' fashionista role of Edina Monsoon, before the show ended in 2004.
Last year (10) Lumley revealed the pair was in talks to bring the series back - and now she has confirmed filming will begin this summer (11).
She tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "In late August I start filming on three episodes of Absolutely Fabulous, which we are all ecstatic about."
But Lumley reveals the plans are only in the early stages: "Miss Saunders has been so busy writing (TV spoof) Uptown Downstairs Abbey for Comic Relief and also Spice Girls: The Musical, I don't think she's started (the script)!"
