Jessica Simpson has put her plush mansion in Beverly Hills, California, on the market for $7,995,000
Jessica Simpson has put her mansion on the market for nearly $8 million.
The singer-and-actress - who is pregnant with her second child with retired NFL player Eric Johnson - has recently moved her expanding family into Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's former Hidden Hills house in California and has listed her plush pad in Beverly Hills, California, for the hefty sum of $7,995,000.
Jessica paid $5,272,000 on the house eight years ago, coincidentally on the same day she filed for a divorce from singer Nick Lachey, is set to make a healthy profit after transforming the gigs into a custom made home.
The 5,500 square foot mansion - which was built in 1991- boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a private stone courtyard, which leads on to a koi pond.
Not only does the master bedroom have its own deck but the living room opens out to a park-like area with a huge swimming pool and situated in the centre of the house is a restaurant-style kitchen and fancy breakfast room.
According to Redfin estate agent, the property has had a string of Hollywood owners after Ellen DeGeneres bought it in 2001 and sold it to Hollywood manager Rick Yorn in 2003.
