Jessica Capshaw, the American actress and star of the hit medical drama 'Grey's Anatomy', has given birth to a baby girl, and named the child 'Eve Augusta'. The 34-year-old and her husband CHRISTOPHER GAVIGAN already have a two-year-old son named 'Luke', and the couple were married in 2004, reports US Magazine.
Capshaw, who is the stepdaughter of the director Steven Spielberg, was said to be overjoyed with the new arrival, her rep said, "The family is thrilled to welcome their newest addition". The actress plays the role of 'Dr Arizona Robbins' on the award winning drama series, and she is the latest of a number of cast members who have recently welcomed baby daughters. Ellen Pompeo who plays 'Dr Meredith Grey', gave birth to 'Stella Luna' in September, and Eric Dane, who plays 'Dr Mark Sloan' and his wife Rebecca had 'Billie Beatrice' in March.
Capshaw, who has also starred in 'The L Word' and 'Bones', is set to appear in the new TV drama series 'One Angry Juror', which also features JEREMY RATCHFORD and AARON DOUGLAS.
