The Texan supermodel split from the Rolling Stones rocker when he fathered a child with another woman in 1999 and though many people have speculated they will one day get back together, she insists she is happy just to be friends with him because she would never trust him to stay faithful.
Asked if she could see them getting back together, she said: ''I don't think so... I don't think so because I don't think he would ever change. We're just friends now. I'm happy the way things are.''
The 59-year-old model - who has four children with Mick - surprised herself with how well she coped following the breakdown of her marriage and she thinks she was revitalised by the split.
She added to Radio Times magazine: ''I think it revitalised me because I felt like I was making a new life. It's not easy making a new life. People don't like you to do it. They like you to be stuck.
''I've surprised myself with how I can manage. I've learned a lot of DIY and become a pretty good gardener.''
What's new in the music world this week?
These albums are not nearly as appreciated as they should be.
Listen to her new song 'Callous Copper'.
They might sound like they're from the 70s, but they way they roll is very 2020.
'U Kin B the Sun' is an album rich in texture and depth and one that quite obviously, and unapologetically, plays to Frazey Ford's strengths.
Listen to their new single 'Small Change'.
Lissy Taylor's 'Mayday' might be born out of distress, despair and some despondency but it rails against the negativity of bad relationships.
