Jennifer Lopez and Enrique Iglesias have announced that they will be embarking on a co-headline world tour this summer. According to a YouTube video posted by Itn News, American Idol judge will be taking her kids on tour with her, showing that motherhood and a career in pop music don't have to be mutually exclusive. "They'll be on the bus and it's gonna be a learning experience for both of us," Lopez told a press conference recently.
"Luckily, there's always Grandma's house," Lopez joked, "if they get really tired and stir-crazy. Lopez will be joined on tour by fellow Latin superstar Enrique. "We have all the creative control to make it. what my fans would want to see" said J-Lo, "the songs that they would wanna see, the dances that they would wanna see and just to take it to another level." Enrique chipped in at the press conference, too. The man who has sold over 70 million records across the globe told those in attendance "I'm very nervous." The 'Hero' singer was supposed to team up for a joint-headline tour with Britney Spears last year but that never happened. "I'm so excited to be spending this summer out on the road. There is no better feeling than being out on stage in front of all my fans," he said in a statement.
The tour begins on July 14, 2012 in Montreal. With 16 dates currently scheduled, the pair will be on the road until the end of August.
