Jennifer Lopez's children are ''super smart''.

The 'Booty' hitmaker couldn't believe it when her seven-year-old twins Max and Emme - which she has with ex-husband Marc Anthony - revealed to her they already knew about her upcoming movie, 'Home'.

She said: ''I didn't even know they knew about the movie! But a couple of weeks ago, I was trying to okay a snippet [of the film] to go on Instagram and I'm looking at it and they hear it coming from my phone.

''And my son goes, 'Hey, is that the song from the movie that has the guy who says, 'Put your hands in the air like you just don't care?'''

The 45-year-old singer was left even more impressed when her children announced the release date to her.

She added to PEOPLE magazine: ''They were like, 'It comes out March 27.' I was like, 'How do you know this?'

''And Max is like, 'We saw the trailer!' They are so connected in a way that I don't even know about. It's crazy.

''They're so super smart. And I'm not saying that because they're my kids.''

Meanwhile, Jennifer recently admitted she found it ''super emotional'' playing a woman who had lost her child in the animated film.

She said: ''It was almost too easy for me to do this voice for the movie, it is a small part but it's about being distraught trying to find her child. It was easy for me to think about how that would feel. So I was super emotional through it all.''
