Jennifer Lopez - The R&B pop star and current American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, insists Cheryl Cole can make it in America despite not knowing who the Girls Aloud singer was two weeks ago. Jennifer Lopez says Cole can "do well" if she manages to launch herself in America.
Speaking to the UK's Daily Star, Lopez said Cole didn't need any advice from her, remarking, "I'm sure she can do well in America, especially if she has supporting her. Cheryl doesn't need any advice from me. She's been doing it for a while, hasn't she? I love Will. We've never done anything together but I love Black Eyed Peas and I'm a big fan of Fergie". Despite her high hopes for the British star, Lopez didn't appear to know who the singer was two weeks ago, telling Fabulous Magazine, "Someone mentioned Cheryl to me yesterday. She is a singer, right? I don't know much about her and I don't know her music. But I would be happy to learn about it". The comments come after Lopez revealed she turned down a role on Simon Cowell's X-Factor Usa in order to become a judge on 'Idol'.
Jennifer Lopez releases her seventh studio album 'Love?' in the U.S. on 29th April 2011. The album features collaborations with The-Dream and REDONE.
