Jennifer Hudson may be returning as Louise from St. Louis in a third Sex and the City movie, or so she's hinted in a recent TV interview.

Hudson, as Metro reports, told US TV show Dish Nation that she thinks another film may be in the works. When questioned about SATC 3, the 33-year-old said "I think it might be happening." The Dreamgirls actress further explained: "Somebody just came to me talking about that. So if it's in the talks, it might happen. So look for it. Look for your girl, Louise from St. Louis!"

Hudson starred as Louise, Carrie's personal assistant, in the first Sex And The City movie in 2008. Although her character did not return for the second movie, Hudson suggested her character may be back if another film is created.

Hudson is not the only member of the SATC cast and crew to mention a third movie. In June, Sarah Jessica Parker did not specifically state that another movie was going ahead but admitted there was another story to tell. As ABC reports, Parker said "We've never really had real conversation about it, other than that I know there is a story. I think it's a really lovely, wonderful story but whether or not we tell it remains to be seen."

Whilst in February of this year, creator Michael Patrick King also suggested a third movie was a possibility. As EW reports, King said "Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is. That doesn't mean it will or should be told, but I do think there's one story left. Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there's four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven't even been written yet."

Whether or not there is another story to tell, there's certainly a market for another movie and enough interest from the show's still loyal fans. The first movie made over $415 million worldwide and the second film, despite being panned by critics, made more than $294 million worldwide, according to IMDb

What do you think - is there another "story" for the SATC girls?
