Sources told People magazine that the recent allegations around Affleck's love life may be affecting Garner.
Ever since they announced their divorce back at the end of June this year, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have been spotted together in public putting up a united front for the sake of their three children. They have kept their wedding rings on during these family outings and have even been living on the same property together, albeit apparently in different buildings.
However, a source close to the family has told People magazine on Thursday (August 27th) that Garner is now having second thoughts about their living arrangements. “Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation. She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in.”
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner in happier times
This “situation” refers to the rumours – which Affleck has strongly denied – that he has been dating their children’s ex-nanny Christine Ouzounian. Us Weekly reported in July that they had become close during Ben and Jen’s secret 10-month trial separation earlier this year. Affleck’s reps soon hit back, stating that 'all allegations of a romantic relationship are baseless and untrue.

Affleck, who recently returned to Los Angeles with his kids – Violet (9), Seraphina (6) and Samuel (3) – visiting Garner in Atlanta while she wraps Miracles From Heaven, “has been very unhappy with the attention and the unwarranted circus around it,” according to a second source in the People report.
The first source says that Garner “is being smart and not putting too much pressure on herself right now. When she comes back to L.A., she will take things day by day.”
The second insider said about their long-term prospects of continuing to live together: “They are thinking about the housing situation together and continue to work on the relationship. Any family going through a split hurts. They are in a much better place now.”
