The actress sets the record straight regarding her split from Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Garner wants the world to know that the latest front page article regarding the end of her marriage with Ben Affleck has nothing to do with her. She's happy, and doesn't need her family receiving false information about what is and isn't happening in her life right now.
Jennifer Garner spotted on her way to church
After discovering a front page story on People magazine entitled 'Jennifer Garner: Life After Heartbreak', she insists that she did NOT A) pose for the photos in the magazine or B) authorise any of the comments made within the story regarding her separation fron Ben Affleck.
Ben and Jen are giving it another go, with People reporting that the A-list couple have called off their divorce.
The couple, who have been married for nearly 12 years and have three children together (Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5), split back in June 2015, just a day after their tenth wedding anniversary, after it was widely reported that Affleck had had a relationship with the children’s nanny.
However, they have always been adamant that living arrangements would be focussed around the needs of their kids – with Affleck for a while said to have been living on the same property as Garner even after the separation.
The pair announced their separation in October 2015
When Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their separation after a decade of marriage, many fans were left bereft by the break-up of one of Hollywood’s seemingly strongest unions. Then when the couple remained friends, there were the inevitable hopes for reconciliation. However, a new report has revealed the divorce is back on and "not one thing" has changed.
The couple are still planning to divorce, two years after announcing their separation
Despite announcing their divorce in 2015, neither has filed papers on the action; however, 44-year-old Garner is now reportedly filing for divorce from her Batman star husband, Affleck.
The pair will go trick-or-treating with the kids this month.
There's certainly no bad blood between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner since they decided to call time on their 10 year long marriage last year. The actor gushed about his ex's parenting skills on the red carpet during the premiere for his latest film 'The Accountant' earlier this week in Los Angeles.
Ben Affleck says Jennifer Garner is a great mom
On Monday (October 10th 2016), Affleck told Extra that Garner was 'a great mom' as he discussed his Halloween plans for the kids later this month. The pair have been separated for 15 months, but they continue to live and parent their children together, occasionally going on trips out and having dinner as a family.

In the new comedy Nine Lives, Kevin Spacey plays a workaholic company CEO who suddenly finds himself trapped in the body of his family's new pet, a Siberian forest cat called Mr Fuzzypants.
While Spacey provides the voice - and the attitude - his fellow cast members Jennifer Garner and Christopher Walken are required to act opposite a furry costar. Garner loved diving into a premise this ridiculous. "This movie is incredibly watchable, funny and warm," she enthuses. "Kevin plays a jerk who doesn't pay attention to his family or his daughter. He's a little bit of an egomaniac! And then his soul pops into this cat. Kevin's voiceover is hilarious. He had something funny to say about every single moment of every single day."
So how did it feel to perform opposite a cat? "It was very funny," she laughs. "You're working so much with the animal handlers, which I had done but never to this extent. And everything is done to keep the cats focused, in a good mood, happy, looking camera-ready. They are definitely the star, the diva! And they are the centre of the universe when they're on set. I'd be getting a touch up on my make-up, and they'd say, 'Jennifer, Fuzzypants is ready!' And we'd all hurry because Fuzzypants was in a better mood."

More than a year after they separated amid allegations of cheating, Jennifer Garner has spoken about the current status of her relationship with her estranged husband Ben Affleck as it relates to their three children, describing the situation as “definitely a modern family”.
The couple, who had been married for ten years and have daughters Violent, 10, Seraphina, 7, and four year old son Samuel together, separated in June 2015. However, they set out to remain on friendly terms for the sake of their offspring – nothing strange there, you would say.

Night Before The Oscars will have to find a new venue for 2015, due to a conflict of values with the Beverly Hills Hotel.
In recent years, besides the glamour, celebrities and red carpet fashion at the Oscars, the show’s ethics have also been put into the spotlight. This year, The Night Before The Oscars, the biggest charity event related to the ceremony, has pulled out of the Beverly Hills Hotel because the venue is owned by the Sultan of Brunei. The event is being held by the Motion Picture And Television Fund, and the decision to stop collaborating with the hotel comes directly from the organization. The charity event does not want to appear to support or endorse the Sultan’s recently instated anti-LGBT penal code, based on Sharia law.
Supporters of the event include Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith.
Officials from MPTF, have met with executives from both the hotel and the Dorchester Collection, owner of the Beverly Hills Hotel, to inform them of the decision, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Night Before party, which draws Hollywood’s biggest stars and every top executive in town, has been held at the Beverly Hills Hotel since its inauguration in 2003. It was originally started by Dreamworks’ CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg and has since raised over $60 million since its beginning. The party is regularly attended and supported by A-list talent – the 2013 committee, for example, included Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, Camila and Matthew Mcconaughey, Jamie Foxx, Sandra Bullock and Octavia Spencer.

What would you do if you were given just 30 days to live? For Ron Woodroof, he knew he couldn't spend it how he'd previously been spending his days; working as a rodeo cowboy and drinking, smoking, fighting and seducing his way through life. When he is diagnosed with HIV, he rejects doctor's calculations that he only has a month left to live, and instead researches ways in which he can be treated. He discovers that Mexico may hold the answer to his prayers and smuggles huge dosages of 'unapproved' alternative treatments over the border in order to set up a business: the Dallas Buyers Club. Alongside a transgender woman named Rayon, with whom he becomes friends despite his homophobic views, they go about attempting to cure the nation of this killer disease with the illegal selling of possibly life-saving medicine.

Ben Affleck has been handed the keys to the Batmobile, picking up the torch from the excellent Christain Bale to portray Gotham’s troubled hero. Jennifer Garner gave a tearful testimony on the dangers of the paparazzi this week.
Oscar winner Halle Berry isn't ready to back down in her war against the paparazzi, turning up to speak in front of a panel of legislators in Sacramento, California this week. The actress has long campaigned to shackle the paparazzi, though this time she brought reinforcements in the form of Jennifer Garner - the Hollywood actress and wife of Ben Affleck.
The two women testified before the Assembly Judiciary Committee in support of a bill that its supporters say would protect celebrities from harassment by photographers, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
"We're moms here who are just trying to protect our children," said Berry, who has several run-ins with the paparazzi over the past year. She was also caught up in a very public confrontation involving her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and fiancé, now husband, Olivier Martinez, "These are little innocent children who didn't ask to be celebrities. They didn't ask to be thrown into this game and they don't have the wherewithal to process what's happening. We don't have a law in place to protect them from this," she added.
The Bourne Trilogy actor and his wife dashed off to the tropical paradise of St. Lucia for a lavish ceremony
While some of us are still struggling to get their bearings after winter, Matt Damon and wife Luciana Barroso decided to jet off to the tropical island of St. Lucia to renew their vows, PEOPLE confirms.
With a $600 000 price tag and some extremely tight security around the island price tag, the ceremony is hardly quaint, but it’s still an intimate affair. The couple are set to exchange vows in front of their four daughters and some close friends, including Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, as well as Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas. The Damon family have been together since 2005, when they married in a modest civil ceremony in New York city. They met in 2003, while Damon was shooting Stuck on You and Lucia was bartending.
While reports that the resort is being closed down for the ceremony have been discredited by E!News, the St. Lucia authorities are still taking serious security measures for the event.

Ben Affleck continued his winter dominance of awards season at the Directors Guild Of America Awards on Saturday (February 2nd) as he picked up the event's top prize to further cement his film Argo's reckoning as the favorite for the much-coveted best picture prize at the Oscars this month (February 24, 2013). Affleck has been on an absolute sweep since the disappointment of missing out on the shortlist for the Oscars best director category; Argo has won the best picture at the Producers Guild of America Awards, best picture at the Critics Choice Awards and best picture at the Golden Globes. Affleck himself meanwhile has picked up a couple of best director gongs at the Critics Choic and the Golden Globes.
It was Ben Affleck and Argo who stole the headlines after the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Santa Monica this weekend, with the Iranian hostage movie taking the evening's top award. The SAG's are usually more casual than the Academy Awards though are generally considered a trial run for the Oscars, perhaps more so than the Golden Globes. Should the SAGs predict the winners on February 24, 2013, then Argo, Daniel Day-Lewis and Jennifer Lawrence will be among the triumphant nominees.
Anyway, let's not concern ourselves with awards, because the Screen Actors Guild Awards attracted a fine flurry of stylish dresses and elegant gowns. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how nasty you are) most of the movie stars got it right with their ensembles, with Marion Cotillard, Kerry Washington, Nicole Kidman, Anne Hathaway and Jennifer Lawrence making it a successful night for the big-hitters. The latter suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction when taking to the stage to collect her award, though her Dior gown was one of the evening's showstoppers.
Holly Madison, a former Playboy model and television personality is expecting her first child, and has revealed she no-longer talks to some of her old co-stars.

I'm not one of those girls who goes back to all the parties and things.''

Paris-born actress Clemence Poesy is gaining strong reviews for her Broadway debut in Jamie Lloyd's Cyrano de Bergerac, at the Roundabout Theatre Company's American Airlines Theatre. The production also stars Patrick Page, Bill Buell and Tony Award winner Douglas Hodge.
Hodge, who won the 'Best Actor' Tony for his turn in La Cage aux Folles, plays Cyrano, a nobleman with a love for poetry but a penchant for duelling. Audiences at the previews have been stunned by Cyrano's entrance, with Hodge hidden in darkness for several minutes before stepping into the light to reveal his famous nose - big, bulbous and "almost cancerous" looking, said Playbill.com. Poesy, best known as Fleur Delacour in the Harry Potter movies and Eva in Gossip Girl, plays Roxane, Cyrano's beautiful and intelligent cousin who has a soft spot for romance and wit. Poesy's performance appears to emulate that of Jennifer Garner's, who played Roxane in the 2007 production, which starred Kevin Kline in the title role. The French comedienne Anne Brochet played the role in the 1990 big screen adaptation, for which Gérard Depardieu won the Oscar for Best Actor.
Cyrano de Bergerac has a limited engagement on Broadway through till November 25, 2012.
Ben Affleck. Now here's a man with an odd career in the movie business. After arriving on the scene in 1997 with Good Will Hunting (still considered by many to be his best movie, and a film he also co-wrote), the 40-year-old followed it up with solid turns in Armageddon, Shakespeare in Love and the superb Dogma.
Then things went a little awry. Affleck entered alcohol rehabilitation in 2001 and began dating Latin superstar Jennifer Lopez one year later. It was around this time that Affleck - tipped as a multiple Oscar winner - agreed to roles in the likes of Pearl Habor, Daddy and Them and Jersey Girl. He split with Lopez just days before their planned wedding and the negative press meant his movie 'Gigli' was a huge box-office failure. However, after striking up a relationship with Jennifer Garner (to whom he is now happily married), Affleck appeared to find the confidence to begin writing and directing serious, hard-hitting roles, and his turns in The Company Men and most recently The Town were critically acclaimed. Now, he returns with 'Argo', a serious contender for Best Picture at the Oscars in February and the most talked about movie of the awards' season so far. A thriller-cum-comedy about the Iranian hostage crisis of 1979-1981, Affleck had some pretty heavy material to work with though appears to have carried it off with aplomb. Peter Travers of Rolling Stone magazine was effusive in his praise for the flick, writing, "Ben Affleck doesn't merely direct Argo, he directs the hell out of it, nailing the quickening pace, the wayward humor, the nerve-frying suspense. There's no doubt he's crafted one of the best movies of the year."
Though it'll have to beat Spielberg's 'Lincoln' and the Paul Thomas Anderson's 'The Master' to win Best Picture, we think Argo may well be this year's Hurt Locker. Watch it gather pace as the Oscars draws closer.
Ben Affleck's Argo premiered at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills yesterday evening (October 4th), but even though it was her husband's film, it was Jennifer Garner who was taking all the plaudits after looking stunning when walking down the red carpet. The Daily Mail reports that the 40 year-old mother of three isn't seen as glammed up as she used to be now she's busy looking after her kids, however last night proved that Garner still has the star power when she wishes to use it.
Laura Pickler is the proud and doting wife of long-time butter carving champion Bob Pickler. When Bob is forced to relinquish his title for that year's butter carving competition (an annual event in their small town in Iowa), Laura determinedly decides to step up and submit her own talents in order to keep the title in the family. However, her confidence is diminished when an unusual opponent also enters the competition. That opponent is 10-year-old adopted girl Destiny who is allowed to participate by her accepting but fairly sceptical foster parents Julie and Ethan. If that wasn't enough to spur Laura's determination then what comes next certainly will be. It is revealed that Bob has become hopelessly infatuated by a gorgeous stripper named Brooke who goes by the stage name of Tokyo Rose and who also happens to be entering the competition in a bid to snatch the butter carving champion title from Laura's reach. While the competition initially was created to represent the excellence in butter, it now becomes about power, politics and sex.
'Butter' is set to become a huge hit with its hilarious all-star cast, ridiculous subject matter and humour that is set to win the hearts of movie lovers everywhere. Directed by Jim Field Smith ('She's Out of My League') and the screenwriting debut of up and coming star Jason A. Micallef, you won't have to wait for 'Butter' any longer with a release date that couldn't be any nearer on October 5th 2012.

Elektra, a needless spin-off from Mark Steven Johnson's already flawed 2003 Daredevil film, might have had a fighting chance if it stayed within the boundaries of Miller's rich source material. Instead, it can't even stay consistent with the lackluster film that inspired it.

The handful of battle scenes that make up a good hour of "Pearl Harbor" are adrenaline-pumping and hyper-realistic on a massive scale.
You feel the impact of every single 7.7mm round from dive-bombing Japanese Zeros as they rip through pavement, planes and people in the infamous attack around which the film in centered. Director Michael Bay's camera goes inside cockpits, rides along on bombs from release to explosion, captures the terror of a torpedo in the water from the deck of a ship and includes some of the best special effects ever put on film.
The money shot is a hull-buckling blast that rips through the USS Arizona. It makes being on a luxury liner hit by an iceberg look like a 25-cent carnival ride.

An unremarkably routine superhero movie based on the cult-favorite comic book about a satanically-costumed blind vigilante, "Daredevil" plays like a C-grade grad project for a night school course called Superhero Filmmaking 101.
Faithful to his inspiration -- the era of "Daredevil" issues written by "Batman" revitalizer Frank Miller and comic-crazy film director Kevin Smith -- in several important details, writer-director Mark Steven Johnson's one stroke of true genius comes in the pulses of fluid, misty, ghostly imagery he uses to depict the sightless crime fighter's enhanced ability to "see" through sound waves and smells.
But most of the picture apes its action style -- and many whole fight scenes -- from last year's "Spider-Man." It has the same ineffectual opening voice-over, the same unconvincingly CGI-assisted rooftop leaping and building-swinging (Daredevil uses a grappling-hook-modified walking cane instead of spider-webbing) and its hero has the same slow-mo back-flip method of dodging weapons thrown by villains.
