Jennifer Aniston works out for 40 minutes every day.
The former 'Friends' actress - who turned 44 last Tuesday (12.02.13) - makes time every day to exercise so she can stay in shape, despite having a problem with her knee.
She told People magazine: ''I get up and allow 40 minutes to work out every day: cross training with sit-ups, running, weights.
''I had a knee injury, so I'm not at my fighting-shape weight, which is fine. It's nice to be a little curvier sometimes.''
Jennifer's fiance Justin Theroux, 41, also takes good care of his physique and is determined to set up a fully-equipped gym in their home in order to maintain his fitness.
A source said: ''He already works out every day for 90 minutes. Justin wants to have his dream gym at their house. He's even thinking about hiring a valet to coordinate it all.''
Jennifer is hoping to take some time off from acting later this year for the pair to settle in to their new home and create a ''nest'' of their own.
She explained: ''I'm definitely taking some me time. I'll be moving into my house, just normalising and nesting.
''I just want to be a good friend and partner.''
