Jennifer Aniston wouldn't use cosmetic injections, the actress revealed in a recent interview.
Jennifer Aniston is uncomfortable with the thought of her friends using cosmetic injections and certainly wouldn’t use them herself, the actress revealed in a recent interview. The 46-year-old also discussed her fitness regime, her cooking skills and her love of tequila!

Aniston was interviewed by Yahoo Beauty and explained how dangerous (and useless) she believes cosmetic injections are. In an interview last year, Aniston said she doesn’t “inject s**t” into her face to make herself look more useful. She followed up her remarks in the latest interview.
“It just doesn’t help. It’s a slippery, slippery slope,” Aniston said. “And like we were saying before [in a previous interview], they just start to lose perspective, it’s their new normal, so it’s a hard one to come back from.”
Aniston certainly has a healthy approach to beauty and the use of cosmetic surgery. She explained how her self-esteem has improved since her twenties and, as a result, she feels very different now she’s in her forties.
“Maybe because ignorance is bliss, but I don’t feel much different than I felt in my 20s, except I feel physically better,” Aniston revealed. “I also love myself more. That’s the most beautiful thing that reflects out is inner confidence and inner sort of love. Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn’t be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there.”
Aniston also revealed she is “working on” a cook book. The Cake actress explained how much she loves cooking, describing herself as an “alchemist”, and has some vague plan to turn her culinary exploits into a book.
