Jennifer Aniston has announced plans to make her feature film directorial debut.
The former Friends star is hoping for a career "rebirth" in Hollywood, inspired by Drew Barrymore's directorial efforts - and she is already working on a top secret movie.
She says, "I have a project in development I'm going to direct. After you get enough movies under your belt you sit back and go, 'What's next?' It's getting to a time where creatively I want to turn in a different direction."
The project won't be Aniston's first shot at moviemaking - she co-directed 2006 short film Room 10, which starred Robin Wright and Kris Kristofferson.
