Jenna Fischer, the American actress best known for playing 'Pam' on the US version of 'The Office', has welcomed her first son with husband Lee Kirk, reports People Magazine. The 37-year-old, whose character on the hit comedy is also pregnant, named her new arrival 'Weston Lee'.
A representative for the couple confirmed the birth, saying, "Mom and baby are doing great". Fischer, whose character Pam is expecting a son with television husband Jim Halpert, first announced the pregnancy in May. At the time, she told Jay Leno on 'The Tonight Show' of her cravings, saying, "In the beginning, it was a lot of macaroni and cheese and Lucky Charms. Now it's a lot of strawberries.I've been really lucky. I've had a really easy pregnancy". Fischer and screenwriter Lee were engaged in 2009 while vacationing in Europe and got married in July 2010, with Survivor's Jeff Probst on hand to officiate the ceremony. The actress was previously married to screenwriter James Gunn, however, the couple announced their separation in September 2007 and finalized their divorce one year later.
Fischer recently finished work on the comedy-drama 'The Giant Mechanical Man', with Topher Grace and Malin Akerman. The movie follows a silver painted street performer who attracts the attention of a softly spoken zoo worker.
