The rappers debuted at number one with Watch The Throne last week (17Aug11) and have now racked up 613,000 sales.
Adele's 21 - the bestselling album of 2011 so far - rises up two spots to two on the new countdown and the Now 39 compilation stays put at three.
Country stars Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean round out the top five with Tailgates & Tanlines and My Kinda Party, respectively.
The highest debut comes from the Eli Young Band at six with Life at Best.
