Retired rapper Jay-Z has decided to cash in the popularity of his 40/40
nightclub in New York, by doubling its size.
Bosses of the club are negotiating with the landlord, ADAMS + CO, to add
5,000 square feet to the main lounge and 3,000 for a second-floor VIP area.
