Bosses at Jay Z's Rocawear clothing label are facing legal action over allegations they failed to settle an invoice amounting to $450,000 (£290,323).
Executives at Iconix Brand Group, which purchased the company from the rap superstar in 2007, are alleged to have ordered a collection of goods from wholesale specialists iSource Nyc, which were manufactured in Pakistan and shipped to the U.S. last summer (12).
According to a new lawsuit, the balance of the $1 million (£645,161) order remains outstanding.
The plaintiffs are demanding the $450,000 payment in addition to nine per cent interest for the overdue invoice, reports the New York Post.
The 99 Problems hitmaker remains a shareholder and is still in charge of product development, marketing and licensing for Rocawear.
