Actress January Jones could never sign up for a milk cleanse or any other form of extreme dieting, because she gets angry when she doesn't eat.
The former Mad Men star always looks flawless on the red carpet, but her glowing skin and slim physique have nothing to do with a crazy food fad or workout regime.
"I know there are a lot of cleanses people do," she told Elle.com. "I need to eat, or I get lightheaded and angry. But I love taking enzymes and probiotics and feeling good and being healthy and eating healthy, but I'm not going to starve myself or do a milk cleanse.
"Almost every actress I know has tried it. You don't eat, and you only drink goat milk for eight days. You're only supposed to do it once a year, and I saw someone—I won't name her—but I saw her right afterwards, and she looked amazing."

Actress January Jones would laugh off any negative criticism she could receive as a single mother.
The star became a single mum when she gave birth to son Xander four years ago, and has always kept the identity of his father a secret from the media.
January continues to juggle motherhood with her acting career, starring in TV series The Last Man on Earth following the end of Mad Men last year (15), and she firmly believes women can do it all, even when they are on their own.
"The thing about being a single mother is that I’ve never done it any other way," she explained to Britain's You magazine. "We women beat ourselves up a lot, but I don’t listen to any of that. We should be supportive, not judgmental. Luckily, the friends I surround myself with are strong, so I’ve never had to deal with being criticised or having someone feel sorry for me. I’ve never experienced any negative stigma. I think I’d laugh it off anyway."

Actress Christina Hendricks would be open to a Mad Men reunion, but doesn't think it's necessary.
The 40-year-old played Joan Holloway in the hit period drama series, which came to an end last May (15), and while she misses working with her castmates, she doesn't think there's any need to revisit the series anytime soon.
"I don't think (series creator) Matt (Weiner) would ever do that," she told Variety when asked about a reunion episode or series. "I thought he ended it perfectly. Why go in there and muddy things up? But if Matt wanted to, I'd be there."
