The fate of Warrant star Jani Lane's fortune will be decided by a court judge as the rocker died without leaving a will.
The 47-year-old singer was found dead in a Los Angeles hotel room in August (11) and toxicology tests showed he succumbed to alcohol poisoning.
Court documents filed in connection with the late star's estate have now revealed Lane didn't leave a will and his eldest daughter has filed paperwork asking for the court system to appoint an executor, according to Tmz.com.
Lane's estate is said to be worth around $600,000 (£375,000) and could potentially be shared out between his wife and two daughters.
